André Vianna Dantas
Doctor in Social Work from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 2014). He holds a master's degree in Social Memory from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO, 2004) and a degree in History from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF, 1998). He is currently an accredited professor of the Master's program in Professional Education in Health at the Joaquim Venâncio Polytechnic School of Health (EPSJV)/Fiocruz and professor of History at the Laboratory of General Training in Basic Education (Labform). Has experience in Contemporary History, working mainly on the following subjects: State, Democracy, Brazilian Social Thought and Brazilian Sanitary Reform. He is the author of the book "From Socialism to Democracy: Tactics and Strategy in Brazilian Health Reform" (Rio de Janeiro: Ed. Fiocruz, 2017) and co-organizer of the book "Crisis and Pandemia: when the exception is the general rule" (Rio de Janeiro: January: EPSJV/Fiocruz, 2020)
