Management Analysis of the Implementation of the Middle Level Training Program for Health - Profaps in the Technical Schools of the Unified Health System - ETSUS in Pará and Rondônia

The Training Program for Mid-Level Health Professionals (Profaps) was initiated with the publication of the Ministerial Ordinance in the year 2009 until the year 2012, whose guidelines and guidelines (based on the principles of national education and health policies) , for the execution of training actions for health professionals, were presented by the Department of Work Management and Health Education of the Ministry of Health (SGTES/MS).
Profaps gave the opportunity to put into practice the development of projects for the ordering of human resources for health, using the articulation of health and education policies and work processes as a strategy for expanding and qualifying health care in all areas of the SUS service network.
For the implementation of the Profaps course projects, it was necessary the participation of different actors of the health and education system, at the national, state and municipal levels. Emphasizing in this context that the Technical Schools of the SUS (ETSUS) play a fundamental role in the training of these workers and are largely responsible for the training in health and permanent education necessary for the SUS.
In this sense, this work presents the analysis of the management of the implementation of Profaps in the ETSUS of Pará and Rondônia, to identify the contribution of Profaps in the training of human resources in these States, based on the number of graduates with the resources made available in the distribution ordinances financial resources to date.
