He holds a degree in Pedagogy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1995), a Master's in Education from the same institution (1999) and a PhD in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University - RJ (2007). She is currently assistant coordinator and professor of the Postgraduate Program in Professional Education in Health at the Polytechnic School of Health Joaquim Venâncio/Fiocruz. In this institution, she has worked as director, coordinator of the International Cooperation Coordination and as a teacher in Youth and Adult Education, collaborating in the process of inclusive education. In the International Cooperation Coordination, he contributed, among other tasks, to the organization and evaluation of teaching materials, of curricula for professional education in health and in the formulation of pedagogical political projects together with the training schools for health technicians in Africa and Latin America. She worked at the Health Care Laboratory, as well as being an advisor to the Vice-Direction of Technological Research and Development and to the Vice-Direction of Education and Information. Participated in the process of formulating the technical training curriculum for indigenous community health agents in the Special Indigenous Health District of Alto do Rio Negro/Amazonas. She was the general coordinator of the postgraduate course called "Education Work and Social Movements" (CNPq/MDA-INCRA No. 26/2012). He is currently responsible for the parliamentary amendment with the Landless Rural Workers Movement, called "Saber Protege", in which a research and training process will be carried out with LGBT activists on the right to health and prevention of STIs and AIDS. She is an elementary school teacher at SME-Duque de Caxias, where she works in Special and Inclusive Education and worked in Early Childhood Education. She was a professor at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro/Faculty of Education of Baixada Fluminense, working at the Department of Management of Educational Systems and Public Policies between May 2015 and March 2017. She has experience in the field of Education, with emphasis on the following topics: professional health education; EJA; inclusive education; education of people with disabilities, focusing on intellectual disability.
